My design is that of the classic grambrel (barn shape). The dimensions are 8x8 and 8x12. The 8x8 is $1400 and the 8x12 is $1600. It is built with a wood frame with pressure treated on the base. It is then covered in clear corrugated PVC siding. (I have included a picture of the corrugated pvc) In the front there is a wonderful regular sized entry door and in the rear is located the ventilation door.
