| In my opinion, Dell has struck gold in the computer industry. Making a desktop PC easier to set up and use than ever before is a huge breakthrough in the world of computers. What's are all your opinion(s) with dell? |

I think Dell is one of the best company producing computers & relevant products. I have Dell Monitor, Dell Laptop and a Dell Printer and they all work really great. Their customer support is also very good.

| Yea the real only thing I really dislike about dell and other companies that technically make their "own" personalized computer is that, if you want to upgrade for example the power supply or wanting a windows xp operating system, but without all the Dell software that comes with it. I can see where the company is trying to sell their product but c'mon enough is enough. |

Brent, I agree with you that Dell Desktop PCs are too complex. It took me more than 45 minutes to figure out how to remove the Hard Disk cover and install a new one. Other than that Dell is awesome.

| I dont have any Dell product other than printer so I dont know much. However I never had problem with the printer so I assume Dell is pretty good company. |

| Friends and family constantly come to me for recommendations on buying computers and I always say "Dell". Great computers for a great price, you can always find a deal on them, and the support is good. As much as people get uptight about call centers in India, I've always had a good experience getting things fixed/replaced using phone, live chat, and email support. |

| I have a DELL desktop PC and it is awesome. However, I'm quite pissed off by a startup message which says Cover was removed previously. Press F1 to continue. It popups always on startup and I'm unable to fix it. |

| Yes dell has made it a long way and now it one of the top computers for a affordable price they are great |
