| It's an interesting fact seeing cable companies receiving the permission to "packet sniff" or analyzing the webpages or software you download or surf over the internet legal. Their arguement on invading your privacy is to give the consumer a "coupon" or provide "sites" in which the consumer can look upon to check out depending on the consumer's interests. What are all your opinons with the cable companie(s) having the ability to packet sniff your internet data? |

There's a cable net operator in our area who is also my friend. Once he showed me his server and everything was visible on the server (Web pages which users were surfing, chat windows etc.). So, if your cable operator is a bad guy then watch out !! _________________ No siggy |

| OMG.. Is this possible? I never thought about that. That way we are risking everything.. our passwords, credit card numbers & other secrets. These things make people worry about shopping online or convert their business online. |
