I would! Wood fences have a limited lifetime and treating them will help extend the life and appearance of the wood. Doesn't hurt to touch them up every couple of years too (and check the nails & condition of the fence).
I'd also be careful of raised flower beds and not let dirt cover or pile up against the wood at the bottom, because it will rot the wood, and avoid letting destructive vines or plants grow directly on the fence and cause damage.
