Ok, let me get this off my chest. I know this is extreme but with all the drunk driving accidents going on I have to ask: Why are establishments allowed to serve alcohol when they know the patrons will be driving home?
I know this is extreme but something we need to take a look at. Ban alcohol from public establishments, that includes bars, restaurants, sporting events, etc.
The only place that one should be able to legally consume alcohol is home. Sure you will still get the dipshits who decide to drive after gettting drunk at home but by denying alcohol at ALL public establishments, we can eliminate most of the DUIs and accidents on the road by drunk drivers.
We banned smoking in public places, now lets ban drinking also.
