| My friend has Dell AIO 942. It was working fine till last few days but all of a sudden it won't print the red color, though it is printing other colors (green and yellow). Why's that? |

| hmm that's weird has he checked to see it was placed in all the way if it is try taking the ink cartridge out and put it back |

| Check the little holes on the cartridge which releases ink, perhaps the ink has dried there and is blocking the way for fresh ink. That may be the only problem I can think of. |
