What in the hell is wrong with you people over there? Chalking up Downtown streets with your unsightly sidewalk advertisements? This aint no ghetto, this is my home. You can take your crappy film festival and all of its Hollywood fakies back to California.

5.375 Notices and Advertisements.
(1) No person shall place or cause to be placed any advertising paper, handbill, circular, poster or any other form of commercial advertising on any real or personal property, whether public or private, without first securing permission from the owner, occupant or proper public
authority. This section shall not be construed as an amendment to or a repeal of any regulation now or hereafter adopted by the City regulating the use of and the location of signs and advertising.
