The food was horrible, the customer service worse, and we were told that that is the OWNERS POLICY!!!! All the husband and I wanted was a nice saturday night meal, instead what we got was over cooked food at a high price. The waiter pretty much told us tuff, that's just the way it is, we insisted that the manager handle it, but he/she was too busy. We could have had a nicer meal at TACO BELL!
All in All I am very disapointed that the OWNER of EL CAPORAL in DOWNTOWN BEND doesn't realize that his "money and business future" depends on return customers! Something that we will not ever be!
Save your money and go somewhere else, if you don't... you can't say I didn't warn you.
