The Black Bear Diner in Bend is possibly the worst restuarant in Central Oregon. Never have I seen a more disorganized poorly run restuarant. The manager of the place must be the most inept person on this planet. The employees have IQ's and personalities similar to chipazees. After waiting 30 minutes to order, being served cold food, requesting a correction and never being served again I will never visit another Black Bear again. Its been my experience that the BB's in California are great family restuarants, the Bend store is an altogether different experience.

It is also a shame to see a poor impression at a single restaurant affect someone's decision to eat at ANY in the chain again. Perhaps this should be brought to the attention of whoever owns the whole lot of them? It is certainly something that happens to a lot of people, where you have a bad experience in one restaurant and you never eat in any in the chain again

being previously employed in the restaraunt business there could be many factors to why such things happen for instance, if a General Manager is not running a shift at say McDonalds. A low-level Shift Manager lets all the employees slack off and play around and thats when things begin to get messy
