Have you guys been tuning into the recent development with the "enemy combatant" that was a US citizen and was captured on US soil. What are your thoughts about the constitutionality of this case where, a US citizen was held without cause for 4 years, and at the point where he was going to challenge his imprisonment the Bush administration finally charges him with things that are totally irrelavent to why he was being held in the first place!
I almost wish I could believe anything I hear in the press or about the government or judicial system. I don't. I guess there are always three sides to a story: Yours, theirs and the truth.
