Hoodoo Mountain Resort is located 40 miles from Bend, on the summit of the Santiam Pass on Highway 20. With 5 lifts, 806 skiable acres, 120 acres maintained/groomed, 30 alpine trails. 30% beginner, 30% intermediate, & 40% advanced. New is the Autobahn Tube Park with up to 20 runs, & a tube tow. Open Sun, Mon, Tue, & Thur from 9am to 4pm. Friday & Saturday nights after mid-December they offer night skiing up to 9pm. Lessons, rentals, lodging, daycare.

Willamette Pass is located at milepost 62 on Highway 58, & offers nordic & alpine skiing, lessons, rentals, childcare. Everyone comes to the mountain with a different day in mind - make it your mountain!

Timberline Lodge at Government Camp at the 6,600 foot level of Mt. Hood (11,235') has a 3,590 vertical and 1,430 skiable acres. The best World Cup National Teams train at Timberline in the summer. The resort has the longest ski season in North America. About 3.5 to 4 hours from Bend. Lessons, rentals, child care, lodging, & restaurants all available on site.

 Shuttle Bus to Mt. Bachelor:

Several of the lodging properties in Central Oregon offer shuttle bus service to the Mt. Bachelor Park & Ride lot at the corner of Columbia and Simpson in Bend, where you can ride to and from the ski area for $5 each way.

 Shuttle bus schedule from Park & Ride in Bend to Mt Bachelor's West Village:

Depart Town - 7:00 am (weekends & holidays only), 8:15 am, 9:30 am, 11:15 am

Depart Mountain - 10:30 am, 12:15 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:20 pm, 4:30 pm

 Lodging properties providing transportation to Mt. Bachelor's Park and Ride:

Eagle Crest Resort: 800-682-4786
Shuttle to Mt. Bachelor Park & Ride runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7:15am. The Eagle Crest bus picks you up at the Park & Ride at about 6:00 pm for your return to Eagle Crest. Cost for resort guests is $10 round-trip or $5 one-way. Beginning December 20, the service will run daily. Contact Eagle Crest for more information.

We will arrange a shuttle for guests to the Mt. Bachelor Park & Ride. Contact hotel staff for information and reservations.

Inn of the Seventh Mountain: 800-452-6810
Offering service from the Inn up to Mt. Bachelor two times a day with two return trips. Cost is $4 one-way or $6 round-trip. By reservation only.

Mount Bachelor Village Resort: 800-452-9846
MBVR is the only hotel in Bend with complimentary transportation to the ski resort for its guests. The shuttle is scheduled to run Saturday and Sunday with door to ski lift service at 9am, leaving the mountain at 3:15. Service will be extended to run Thursday through Sunday from December 17 -January 5. Contact resort staff for more information and reservations.

The Riverhouse Resort: 866-557-6575
Free shuttles for resort guests to the Park & Ride. Service coincides with Mt. Bachelor's bus schedule. Bus leaves The Riverhouse Fri, Sat, Sun at 7:40am and 9am, returning 4pm and 5:15pm. All other days the schedule is 9am returning at 5:15pm.

Shilo Inn Suites Hotel: 800-222-2244
Offering a complimentary shuttle service for guests of Shilo to the Park & Ride. Ask hotel staff for details on how to make your reservations.

Sunriver Resort: 800-737-1034
Guests of the Resort - $12 for adults and $10 for kids. Non-guests pay $15. Service from the Sunriver Lodge is 8am M-F, leaving Mt. Bachelor at 4pm. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays offer additional service at 9:30 am, and another return trip at 2pm.
